Job Summary
Interventional Radiology Technologist Dallas, TX. This position involves performing interventional radiology procedures in a Level 1 trauma center and comprehensive stroke team environment. The role requires responding promptly to emergency cases and maintaining high standards of imaging quality in accordance with established protocols.
Job Details
- Specialty: Interventional Radiology
- Location: Dallas, TX
- Schedule: Days, 4x10s, 0900-1930, Monday through Friday with rotating day off; 10 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: BLS (American Heart Association), ARRT (Radiologic Technologist), TX-MRT license, 1 year of IR experience, neuro (stroke) and trauma (body) experience
- Additional Qualifications: Experience in a Level 1 trauma center, comprehensive stroke team participation, proven ability to respond within 30 minutes, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Responsibilities: Performing high-quality interventional radiology procedures, preparing patients, ensuring safety standards, maintaining equipment and documentation, and providing patient education and comfort
- Certifications: BLS, ARRT, and Texas MRT license mandatory
