Job Summary
Pharmacist Inpatient (PHARM IP) The organization is seeking an inpatient pharmacist to join the healthcare team for a temporary assignment. The role involves administering medication, including chemotherapy drugs, within an acute care setting, primarily working days shifts.

Job Details

• Position Description: Unit notes include 8-hour shifts, requiring BLS certification. Weekend and holiday shifts are mandatory, with some call responsibilities. Inpatient experience and experience with chemotherapy drugs are required. The hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, or 3 shifts if the assignment is shorter. Cerner charting system experience is preferred.
• Certifications: BLS Certification is required.
• Required Qualifications: Licensure to submit; minimum of 2 years inpatient experience and inpatient pharmacy experience; available to work days shifts, 10 hours per shift, with a schedule of 4x10s per week, totaling 40 hours weekly.
• Schedule: Days, 10 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The role requires inpatient experience as well as experience with chemotherapy drugs, and may entail weekend and holiday shifts, with some call responsibilities.
