Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) The organization is seeking a qualified outpatient physical therapist to provide patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans in a healthcare setting. The role involves ensuring functional recovery and promoting safe community reintegration for patients through professional, evidence-based therapies.

Job Details:

• Position Description: Evaluates assigned patients and creates, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician guidance. Responsible for directing discipline-specific therapy services and designing functional programs to support patient recovery. Acts as an educator for patients, families, students, and colleagues. Performs professional duties related to patient care and therapy service development, aligned with the organizations Mission Statement and Core Values.
• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; CPR Certification; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; active applicable license in the state where work will be performed.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops and documents treatment plans, participates in student education programs, and pursues ongoing professional development. Adheres to state practice acts and maintains licensure in good standing. Applies organizational performance improvement methodologies and follows safety policies to uphold a safe environment for patients and staff.
