Description
Job Summary:
Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist position available in a magnet-level acute hospital setting. The role involves performing diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures, including STEMI, IABP, Impella, Tandem Heart, and structural heart interventions. The assignment is full-time, with a 10-hour daily shift, beginning on 10/05/2026 and ending on 01/04/2027.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 10-hour shifts, a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications including BLS, ACLS, and ARRT (Radiologic Technician) or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist); at least 2 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab or similar setting; open to first-time applicants.
- Preferred Qualifications: EP (Electrophysiology) experience, IR (Interventional Radiology) experience, Vascular experience, Monitoring experience, neurointervention skills, and proficiency with Philips X-Ray System, atherectomy, thrombectomy, temporary LVAD support, and various interventional devices.
- Additional Information: The candidate must be comfortable floating within scope to interventional radiology and neurointervention units. Candidates are required to work one on-call shift per week and every 4th weekend, including some Saturdays as part of the regular schedule. Travel and housing arrangements should be considered, and references covering 1 year (or 6 months for CNAs) are required.
