Job Summary
Outpatient Physical Therapist in the specialty of Physical Therapist Outpatient located in an outpatient setting. Job Details

• Position Description: Evaluates assigned patients, develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans aligned with patient needs, goals, and physician directives. Responsible for delegation of discipline-specific therapy services. Ensures design of functional treatment programs and acts as an educator for patients, families, and staff. Demonstrates organizational values and compliance, emphasizing safety and quality of care.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; Current CPR certification; No minimum experience required; Location in the outpatient setting; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience preferred.
• Schedule: Shift time is Days, with 8 hours per shift, totaling a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, documents medical records accurately and timely, provides supervision for students as assigned, pursues ongoing professional development, adheres to state practice acts and regulatory requirements, and participates in organizational performance improvement initiatives.
