Job Details

• Position Description: Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant
• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited school, CAPTE certification, CPR certification, active license for the state where work will be performed, 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Start Date: 09/14/2026
• End Date: 12/14/2026
• Responsibilities: Assist in implementing treatment goals and programs, train patients in gait and mobility, demonstrate modalities, monitor patient responses, document progress, and collaborate with healthcare team.
• Additional Information: Follows all safety and infection control policies, maintains a clean treatment environment, provides patient and family education, and participates in team conferences and quality improvement initiatives.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous successful assignment with the agency or organization is highly desired.
