Job Summary:
Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NUC) Atlanta, Georgia. This position involves performing nuclear medicine procedures and CT imaging as part of the imaging team. The role requires adherence to clinical standards to ensure quality patient care, with a focus on safety and accuracy during procedures.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; options for 4x10s or 3x12s.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications in NMTCB and ARRT CT Tech Cert, BLS from the American Heart Association, minimum of 2 years of experience within the specialty, and education requirements as applicable.
- Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
- Additional Requirements: Must work 2 major holidays out of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day, and one minor holiday such as the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve.
- Responsibilities include performing nuclear medicine procedures, operating imaging equipment, and maintaining patient safety protocols.
