• Certifications, Education Requirements, and Degree Requirements: Certified Cath Lab X-ray Technician (must be registered) and previous experience in circulating and/or scrubbing, monitoring, preoperative, or recovery roles within the cath lab setting.
• Additional Requirements: Candidates should have experience with procedures like heart caths, peripheral angiography, stent placements, and support devices such as Impella or IABP.
• Responsibilities include assisting during invasive cardiovascular procedures, monitoring patient status, and ensuring proper operation of cath lab equipment.
• On-call requirement: Yes, approximately 15 days every six weeks with self-scheduling.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
