Job Details

• Position Description: Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction. Responsible for delegation and supervision of therapy services. Ensures the design of functional treatment programs supporting patient reintegration into the community, while serving as an educator for patients, families, coworkers, and students. Consistently demonstrates behaviors aligned with the organizations Mission Statement and Core Values, upholding confidentiality, compliance, and professional standards. Promotes safety in all aspects of clinical care, including safe patient handling, infectious diseases, slips and falls, and work environment safety.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR Certification; active and applicable license for the state where work will be performed; 1+ Years of outpatient clinical experience.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and documents clinical activities in compliance with state, federal, and organizational policies. Participates in student training, ongoing professional development, and adheres to legal and ethical standards. Demonstrates competency in clinical reasoning and performance improvement methodologies.
