This position involves providing physical therapy services within a skilled nursing facility. The role focuses on developing and implementing treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to promote patient recovery and well-being.
Job Details:
- Position: Physical Therapist (SNF) for a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Certifications, Education, and Experience: Valid state physical therapy license with at least 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 0 years of experience; the position requires a current license and ability to work in the designated location.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: No travel required. The assignment begins on 08/31/2026 and ends on 11/28/2026.
