Occupational Therapist SNF Located in Florida. This position involves providing occupational therapy services within a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center for a geriatric patient population. The role requires a commitment to patient care excellence and adherence to clinical standards.

Job Details

  • Position Description: Occupational Therapist for a Skilled Nursing/Rehab center, serving a Geriatric Population with an emphasis on patient-centered care and compliance with clinical protocols.
  • Required Qualifications: Florida license, BLS certification, 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist specializing in skilled nursing facilities, online Dementia course completion, and working knowledge of Epic electronic medical records system.
  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, Tuesday through Saturday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Submission Requirements: All demographic information including full address, email, date of birth, full Social Security number, and license number must be submitted with the profile for consideration.
  • Additional Information: The provider site emphasizes integration with core staff, high professionalism, and culture fit. A hard document deadline is set for the Monday prior to start date, with no exceptions for pending documentation.
