Job Summary
The Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology Lab at the organization is seeking a qualified Nurse Manager to oversee one of the most advanced cardiovascular programs in the country. This position involves leading operations in a high-volume, state-of-the-art Cath Lab and Electrophysiology Lab, focusing on cutting-edge interventions, a regional cardiogenic shock program, and one of the largest structural heart programs nationally.

Job Details

• Direct and oversee daily operations of the cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology labs, ensuring optimal workflow and patient throughput.
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and institutional healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of Cath and EP lab personnel.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care.
• Develop and manage the labs' operating and capital budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings and resource optimization.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance initiatives, including clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, benchmarking, and adoption of best practices in cardiovascular and electrophysiology care.
• Serve as a key liaison with hospital leadership, contributing to strategic planning and service line growth.
• Champion innovation in cardiovascular care, supporting the development and execution of advanced procedures and technologies.
• Support and expand the regional cardiogenic shock and structural heart programs through clinical leadership and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Oversee the expansion and integration of new procedure rooms to accommodate growing patient volumes and service offerings.
• Schedule: Flexible start times between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m.; 7.5 hours per day; minimum 37.5 hours per week.
