Job Summary
Vascular Sonographer in Franklin, NC This position involves performing ultrasounds with proficiency in general ultrasound and vascular procedures within a critical access healthcare facility. The role requires collaboration with a team of seasoned technicians to deliver high-quality imaging services across various outpatient settings.

Job Details

• Certifications: BLS; ARDMS (abd or OB); preferred RVT registry.
• Education and Experience Requirements: Successful candidates must hold ARDMS certification in abdominal or obstetric sonography. No minimum years of experience required.
• Location Requirements: Candidates must be able to perform general ultrasound and vascular imaging.
• Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, with a rotation that includes one night per week and one weekend per month after shifts from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Responsibilities: Conduct ultrasounds including abdominal, pelvic, vascular (carotid, venous), obstetric, gynecologic, small parts, and breast imaging. Ensure exams are completed within 30-45 minutes, write detailed reports, and adhere to departmental protocols.
• Additional Information: The role involves working with GE Logic E10, Trophons, and Parks Flolab ultrasound equipment, with EMR documentation in Cerner and Philips IntelliSpace PACS. All procedures follow strict written guidelines, and candidates must demonstrate professionalism and teamwork.
