• End Date: 01/09/2027
• Certification, Education, and Experience: Valid active license in the state, a minimum of 1 year of experience working as a physical therapist in outpatient settings
• Additional Requirements: Candidate must be able to complete some documentation directly with ATI outside of AMNs clearance packet before starting; for ATI, must have a permanent license (no compact licensing accepted); if previously employed via ATI within the last year, rehire eligibility is affected; previous ATI traveler or perm work more than a year ago is permissible with verification.
• Position Responsibilities: Provide outpatient physical therapy treatments, ensure documentation compliance, and participate in clinical care activities.
• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours weekly.
