Job Details

• Position Description:
  Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans according to patient needs, goals, and physician directions. Responsible for delegation and direction of therapy services, ensuring functional treatment programs that facilitate community reintegration. Acts as an educator for patients, families, colleagues, and students. Performs other professional duties related to patient care and program development. Upholds organizational standards, confidentiality, and professional conduct, embracing the organizations Mission Statement and Core Values.
• Certifications, Education, and Experience:
  Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification.
• Schedule:
  Days shifts, 8 hours, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information:
  Completes comprehensive evaluations, utilizes clinical reasoning for treatment planning, and ensures documentation is accurate and timely. Participates in student programs and contributes to professional development through continuing education and professional activities. Maintains licensure and adheres to regulatory standards and ethical practices. Follows organizational performance improvement initiatives, providing feedback to enhance service quality. Promotes a culture of safety, including safe patient handling and infection control practices.
