The role requires delivering specialized care, including invasive and non-invasive respiratory therapies, to patients across multiple units including ICU and NICU.

Job Details

• Position Description: Respiratory Therapist Peds/Adult. Assignment length of 13 weeks, starting ASAP, with a rotating shift schedule of 3x12 hours shifts per week.
• Required Qualifications: BLS, CRT certifications, and a valid license in hand upon submission. At least 2 years of recent Level 3 or 4 NICU or PICU experience. No minimum years of experience required if candidate has relevant recent experience.
• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, 36 hours minimum per week.
• Additional Information: Clinicians need to be flexible to float within scope and cover NICU, PICU, and Adult ICU units. Candidates must be available to work major holidays, including Christmas. Candidates must work 2 or 3 major holidays as part of the assignment.
• Certifications & Skills: Certifications in BLS, CRT, potentially ACLS, NRP, and PALS. Skills include adult critical care, NICU, pediatric critical care, inhalation therapy, mechanical ventilation, and airway management.
• Submittal Requirements: Must include responses to specific screening questions regarding prior work at Providence facilities, and provide two references covering 1 year within the past 3 years.
