Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) The organization is seeking a licensed outpatient physical therapist to provide patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. The position involves implementing therapy services, educating patients and families, and ensuring safe and effective care in an outpatient setting.

Job Details

• Certifications: CPR Certification; active license for the state where work will be performed.
• Education Requirements: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School.
• Experience Requirements: 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience preferred.
• Location Requirements: Must maintain an active/applicable license for the state where work will be performed.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop and modify treatment plans, document clinical notes accurately and timely, and ensure care complies with physician orders and insurance approvals.
• Additional Information: Participation in student programs, ongoing professional development, adherence to state practice acts, and involvement in organizational performance improvement initiatives.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
