Job Summary
Xray Technologist in the specialty of Radiology is seeking a qualified professional to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures within a healthcare facility. The role involves operating imaging equipment, preparing examination rooms, and producing high-quality diagnostic images in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details
- Certifications, Education, and Experience: Valid radiologic technologist certification, relevant education in radiologic technology, minimum 1 year of experience in diagnostic imaging, location within commuting distance, and 0 or more years of experience.
- Schedule: Shift hours are from 10:30 am to 9:00 pm on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Professional radiologic procedures including assessments of patient condition, equipment operation, and examination room preparation.
- Ability to perform radiographic exams on all patients as necessary while maintaining high standards of image quality.
- Must have strong experience in the operating room environment and be available for on-call duties two days per month.
- Submit all required certifications and licensure prior to assignment start.
- Additional operational responsibilities include maintaining equipment and medications, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and supporting diagnostic processes.
