Job Details

• Position Description: Speech Therapist. The role involves working with adult patients on cognitive and swallowing evaluations, with potential additional responsibilities depending on experience.
• Certifications and Education Requirements: Active Wisconsin licensure; Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology; CCC-A or CCC-SLP certifications.
• Location Requirements: Candidates must be outside 50 miles of the facility.
• Shift Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Shift Hours: 8 hours
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Start Date: 09/21/2026
• End Date: 12/19/2026
• Additional Information:
  • Experience with adult patients, including cognitive and bedside swallow evaluations, is preferred.
  • Unbillable low census hours are guaranteed up to 36 hours per week, with potential on-call responsibilities counting toward these hours.
  • During flu season, unvaccinated travelers are required to wear masks at all times, with compliance policies in place.
  • Scrub color may be any color.
