MRI Technologist Location: [Not Specified]
This MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) Technologist position involves supporting the organizations imaging services within a healthcare facility. The role requires providing high-quality MRI procedures while floating between units as needed, adhering to hospital and safety protocols, and utilizing Epic (Electronic Medical Record) systems efficiently. The position is primarily day shifts from Monday to Friday.
Job Details
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) MRI certification, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, minimum 1 year of experience as an MRI technologist, valid compact license in hand at submission, and the candidate must be within a 50-mile radius of the facility.
- Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, starting September 28, 2026, and ending December 28, 2026.
- Additional Information: The role requires experience with Siemens Magnetom Vida 3T, 2 GE SIGNA HDI 1.5T, and proficiency in imaging procedures including Abdomen, Brain, Breast, Cervical, Cranial nerves, and others listed. Candidates must have Epic experience, and are expected to work some holiday shifts, with specific scheduling requests to be made upfront. Travelers may be expected to float between nearby facilities, and refusal to do so could impact employment. References covering a 1-year period (6 months for CNAs) are required, and previous employment at a Providence facility should be disclosed if applicable.
