Job Summary
MRI Technologist, specialized in magnetic resonance imaging, is based in a healthcare facility setting. This leadership role involves overseeing multi-site MRI operations while also performing clinical MRI examinations as needed. The position requires strong operational management skills coupled with extensive MRI clinical expertise to support a high-volume imaging environment.

Job Details

  • Position: MRI Technologist

  • Schedule: Days shift, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: ARMRIT, ARRT MR certifications, BLS certification, minimum of 3 years of MRI experience, supervisory/charge experience
  • Experience supporting a broad spectrum of routine and advanced MRI services in a high-volume environment is highly desirable.
  • Responsibilities include daily oversight of MRI operations across multiple campuses, staffing coordination, operational planning, clinical support, patient flow management, MRI safety oversight, employee coaching, and collaboration with radiologists and operational leadership.
  • The MRI department utilizes GE HealthCare MRI platforms supporting a diverse range of advanced imaging services including neuro, cardiac, body, musculoskeletal, breast, pelvic, prostate, and interventional MRI procedures.
  • Candidates should have experience supporting a broad spectrum of routine and advanced MRI services and possess strong leadership skills, operational judgment, and clinical MRI expertise.
