Job Summary
MRI Technologist MRI Specialty location unspecified. This position involves performing Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) procedures for both adult and pediatric patients in an acute care setting. Responsibilities include adhering to established protocols, ensuring patient safety, and providing high-quality imaging to assist in diagnosis.

Job Details

• Certifications: ARRT Certified MRI Technologist, BLS (AHA) certification.
• Education Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in MRI preferred.
• Location Requirements: Must have valid ARRT certification and license to submit where applicable.
• Years of Experience: 0 years minimum required, with extensive preferred experience.
• Schedule: Shift is from 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., Tuesday through Friday, with occasional on-call duties.
• Required Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of MRI experience, ARRT certification, BLS certification.
• Additional Information: Performs procedures independently, may work alone at times, and floats to other units/departments as needed. Responsible for patient screening for magnet safety and operating advanced MRI equipment including Philips Ingenia 1.5 and Med Rad Spectris Solaris.
