Description
Job Summary:
The specialized Physical Therapist (PT) in Home Health (HH) situated in the east county of a healthcare organization will provide outpatient therapy services within the patients home setting. This role involves delivering personalized and comprehensive care to support patient recovery and mobility. The position begins on September 21, 2026, and concludes on December 19, 2026, with a schedule of dayshift hours.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications in physical therapy, valid state licensure, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in home health physical therapy.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in outpatient home health services is advantageous.
- Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: This role involves providing direct physical therapy interventions tailored to individual patient needs within a home setting, adhering to established treatment protocols and standards of care.
