Job Details:

• Position Description: Outpatient Physical Therapist evaluates assigned patients, develops and modifies treatment plans based on patient needs, and ensures optimal functional recovery. Responsible for delegation and supervision of therapy services, promoting safe patient handling, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
• Certifications, Education, Degree, Location, and Experience Requirements: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School, 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience, CPR Certification.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive evaluations, documents in medical records, and participates in student programs. Maintains professional licensure and adherence to regulatory standards. Fosters a culture of safety and continuous professional development.
