Outpatient Physical Therapist PT OP This position is based in an outpatient setting and involves evaluating patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, and ensuring effective return to community activities. Job Details

• Position Description: Evaluates assigned patients, develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans aligned with patient needs and physician directives. Responsible for delegation and supervision of discipline-specific therapy services. Ensures design of functional treatment programs supporting patient recovery and community reintegration. Serves as an educator for patients, families, and colleagues. Demonstrates compliance with organizational mission and core values, including safety, confidentiality, and professional standards.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; location requirement: applicable to the healthcare provider's setting; minimum of 0 years of experience.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours daily, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, documents accurately and timely, and participates in the student training program. Maintains licensure and adheres to standards set by regulatory agencies. Engages in continuous professional development and performance improvement initiatives.
