Job Details

Position Description: SLP for LCC-Scottsdale (Scottsdale, AZ) for immediate start date.
Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current state licensure, certification in Speech-Language Pathology, minimum 2 years of clinical experience, valid PointClickCare electronic medical record system proficiency, and at least 1 year experience in SNF settings.
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
Additional Information: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and documentation compliant with healthcare standards.
