Job Summary
Respiratory Therapist Pediatric and Adult Critical Care Biddeford, ME
This position involves providing respiratory therapy within an ICU, ER, nursery, and med surge floors, requiring experience with pediatric intubation, mechanical ventilation, and attending high-risk deliveries. The respiratory therapist will be part of the resuscitation team and utilize advanced equipment such as the Drager V500 ventilators, Hamilton T-1 ventilators, and neopuff.

Job Details

• Required Certifications: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
• Education Modules: Assigned by staff development during onboarding and throughout the contract in the Learning Management System.
• Role: Respiratory Therapist specializing in adult critical care, NICU, and PICU experience preferred.
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must be skilled in using Drager V500 ventilators, Hamilton T-1, neopuff, and EPIC documentation system.
• Additional Information: Experience working in nursery attending high-risk deliveries, adult ICU, and ER pediatric cases, with sharp assessment skills and equipment familiarity. Candidates should be team players with good communication skills, respectful attitude, and positive demeanor.
