Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School, CPR Certification, active applicable license for the State where work will be performed, 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience, Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and develops treatment plans focused on discharge goals within an established length of stay.
• Performs timely, clear, and accurate medical record documentation, including goal setting, functional assessments, and charge entry, following organizational policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Participates in student clinical programs, providing supervision and educational support.
• Pursues ongoing professional development through continuing education and involvement in professional organizations.
• Adheres to state practice acts, maintains licensure in good standing, and complies with all regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrates awareness and participation in organizational performance improvement initiatives.
