Description

Job Summary
The Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist (CCL TECH) position is located in an interventional radiology environment specializing in structural heart procedures. The role involves working in a cardiac intervention radiology room, supporting complex procedures such as angiography, angioplasty, and device placements. The position requires a dedicated professional prepared to work a standard day shift with call responsibilities including weekends. This is an ongoing assignment aiming for a high level of clinical expertise.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Certification in ACLS, ARRTR (Radiologic Technologist), Fluoro Permit, and a California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license in hand at submission. Must have at least 2 years of clinical experience, including patient management in a cardiac catheterization or interventional radiology setting.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with accessing/managing ports, monitoring, performing angiography of genitourinary system, carotid and renal angiography, cardiac procedures such as stent placement, pacemaker insertions, and vascular interventions.
  • Call Requirement: Three call shifts within a two-week period, including weekend coverage every 6 weeks.
  • Additional Information:
    • Start date: 09/21/2026
    • End date: 03/22/2027
    • Candidate must have a California CLS license in hand; pending licenses are not accepted.
    • Must be flexible to float between facilities nearby during the assignment.
    • Candidates should include responses to whether they have worked at a Providence facility previously, including location and dates, during application submission.
    • Two recent references covering at least one year (or six months for CNA) within the last three years are required prior to start.
    • All scheduling and RTO requests must be specified during submission; no post-offer modifications are guaranteed.
