Job Summary
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Technician in California This role involves working in a cardiac intervention radiology room specializing in structural heart procedures. The technician will support various interventional cardiology and radiology procedures, ensuring proper operation of equipment and adherence to safety protocols.

Job Details

Position Description: Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Technologist with experience in interventional radiology and cardiology procedures, including angiography, angioplasty, cardiac stent placement, and vascular interventions.
Required Qualifications: California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license, ACLS certification, ARRT Radiologic Technologist Certification, Fluoroscopy permit, and CA CRRT State license are required. Valid California license must be in hand at submission. At least 3 years of experience in a cardiac intervention radiology or similar environment is preferred. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with interventional procedures such as carotid angiography, pacemaker insertions, IABP placement, and vascular access.
Additional Information: Candidates will support a specialized cardiac intervention radiology room with structural heart procedures. Call shifts are required every 6 weeks; candidates should be available for weekend call. Candidates may be expected to float between nearby sister facilities.
Submission Requirements: Prior involvement with a Providence facility (permanent, travel, or registry) and two references covering at least one year within the last three years are required.
