This full-time role involves supporting interventional radiology procedures with a focus on neuro-related cases, requiring the ability to scrub in with physicians for complex interventions such as thrombectomies, pulmonary embolisms, uterine fibroid embolizations, and Y90 treatments. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare setting with a focus on advanced imaging and minimally invasive procedures.

Job Details

• Position Description: Support interventional radiology procedures, including complex IR cases, thrombectomies, pulmonary embolisms, Uterine Fibroid Embolizations, and Y90 treatments. Must be able to scrub in with IR medical doctors during procedures.
• Required Qualifications: Current Illinois licensure; minimum of 2+ years IR experience; BLS certification; ARRT certification.
• Schedule: Day shift with 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Must be able to start by 10/25/2026, with orientation preferred on a Monday. The assignment duration is 13 weeks, ending around 01/24/2027. Call requirements include up to 9 call days per month, with one weekend (Friday-Sunday) and one weekend day as third man. Call back times are 30 minutes for neuro-related and 45 minutes for IR body cases, with one weekend on call. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced IR environment and able to support neuro and body IR procedures.
