Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) located in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing inpatient physical therapy services, with a workload approximately split equally between outpatient and inpatient care. Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Valid license as a physical therapist; graduate degree in physical therapy; experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings; flexible with shift times; schedule includes days shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The workload is about 50/50 between in-patient and out-patient. The position includes working weekends. Overtime hours in excess of 40 hours per week are billable at the regular hourly rate plus $10/hr. Billing cycle is weekly, and any missed meals or breaks must be pre-approved by a supervisor. Housing options in King City include Keefer's Inn and Greenfield Village Apartments in nearby Greenfield.
• Submission Requirements: Credentialing should be sent in a single batch with updates provided collectively. All compliance documentation must be submitted simultaneously once complete.
