Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, required degree in Physical Therapy, and at least 0 years of relevant experience.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and documenting patient progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Preferably also possessing knowledge of therapy practices suitable for skilled nursing settings.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must be licensed and able to start on the specified date, with availability to work the scheduled shift.
