Job Summary
Respiratory Therapist (RT PEDS) Night Shift Location: Maine. This position involves providing respiratory therapy care across various units within the facility, including neonatal, pediatric, adult, and critical care settings. The role requires adaptability to a dynamic hospital environment, with an emphasis on teamwork and effective communication.

- Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred; NRP for NICU
- Education & Experience: Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required; 0+ years of experience; tertiary, teaching hospital experience preferred
- Responsibilities include managing varied patient populations, including acute, critical, pediatric, and neonatal cases, with patient ratios of 1:25 in acute care and 1:8 in critical care settings
- Equipment used: Drager V500 and VN500 ventilators, Hamilton T1 and C1, Respironics V30 and V60, Trilogy line, Airvo, Vapotherm
- EMR system: EPIC
- Coverage details: Must be flexible for float assignments including NICU/PICU, adult, and emergency department settings
- HCP must demonstrate great communication skills and be a team player, with a flexible personality fit
