Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist - PT OP - Location unspecified. This position involves evaluating patients and developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans to facilitate effective recovery and return to community activities. The role requires collaboration with the healthcare team to deliver quality outpatient therapeutic services and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.

Job Details:

• Position involves evaluating assigned patients and developing treatment plans based on clinical reasoning.
• Completes medical record documentation accurately and in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Ensures care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance approval parameters.
• Participates in student education and provides guidance to developing professionals.
• Maintains professional licensure in good standing and completes required continuing education.
• Demonstrates adherence to organizational performance improvement initiatives, promoting quality of services.
• Behavior Characteristics: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School is required; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience and CPR Certification are required; active license for the state where work will be performed is required.
• Schedule: Days, 8-hour shift, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Start Date: 09/21/2026, End Date: 12/21/2026.
