Description

Job Summary:
Nuclear Medicine Technologist in a healthcare setting. The position involves performing a variety of nuclear medicine procedures, including imaging and diagnostic tests, within a busy department environment. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and effective operation of specialized imaging equipment.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, certifications such as ARRT Nuclear Medicine (ARRT N), CNMT, NMTCB, or equivalent, valid state license with a compact license in hand at submission
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the Epic charting system, community hospital experience, and familiarity with advanced imaging procedures such as GE*, HIDA Scan, PET Scan, Ventilation/Perfusion, and Whole Body Unit
  • Additional Information:
    • The assignment duration is from 10/05/2026 to 04/05/2027, totaling approximately 26 weeks
    • Must be willing to work at least 3 of the 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD) and request all scheduled time off upfront during submittal
    • Must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and a valid state license in hand at the time of submission
    • Candidates should include responses regarding previous work at a healthcare facility in the submission
    • Two references covering a span of 1 year within the last 3 years are required prior to start
    • Candidates may be expected to float between nearby facilities; refusal to float may result in contract termination or forfeiture of guaranteed hours
    • Modules required for the role include non-billable training sessions, averaging 16 hours, completed before start and annually, with total hours self-reported
