Job Details

• Position Description: Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT OP) responsible for comprehensive patient evaluations, treatment plan development, and implementation within an outpatient setting. Duties include delegation of therapy services, designing functional treatment programs, and serving as an educator for patients, families, and staff.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active/state licensure for the work location.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Performs medical record documentation in accordance with applicable guidelines, participates in student educational programs, pursues ongoing professional development, and maintains licensure as required by regulatory agencies. Demonstrates competency in clinical reasoning, safety practices, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience with your agency or organization is highly desired.
