Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) in an outpatient setting. This position involves evaluating patients with 60-minute initial assessments followed by follow-up sessions every 30 minutes. The role includes developing and modifying treatment plans, delegating therapy services, and educating patients and families to facilitate effective recovery and community reintegration.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 6 months to 1 year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; experience desired but not required.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical reasoning, and complete timely and accurate documentation complying with state, federal, and organizational guidelines. Participate in student programs, provide a positive learning environment, and pursue ongoing professional development. Adhere to all relevant professional practice acts and maintain licensure in good standing. Engage in performance improvement initiatives and provide feedback to enhance service quality.
