Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Technician in Loma Linda, CA. This position involves administering diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients with cardiopulmonary dysfunction. The role provides care in general and critical care settings, requiring advanced assessment and respiratory care skills tailored to specific age groups.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Respiratory Care Practitioner License from the State of California, Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC), Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications through an American Heart Association (AHA) provider training program. A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience is preferred. The position requires a minimum of 0 years of experience.
• Additional Information: The candidate must be able to assemble, troubleshoot, and calibrate medical equipment; draw blood; communicate effectively in English; think critically; work independently; and manage multiple assignments. Ability to distinguish colors, hear adequately, see clearly, and discern temperature variances is necessary. Floating to adult hospitals at east campus and surgical hospital is required.
