Job Summary
Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) with location in the current service area. This position involves providing inpatient physical therapy services within an acute care hospital and inpatient rehabilitation setting. The role requires working day shifts and supporting a team dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care across various medical specialties.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in acute care and/or inpatient rehabilitation settings.
• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per shift, 40 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include providing one-on-one physical therapy treatments to patients, primarily on a medical-surgical and inpatient rehabilitation unit. The candidate should have experience with therapy equipment such as walking devices, bikes, bars, and treadmills.
• Additional Requirements: Candidates must possess acute care and inpatient rehabilitation experience, with a focus on performing therapies on Level 1 Trauma and acute care units.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience performing modified barium swallow studies (MBSS) in radiology and a background with acute care hospital and inpatient rehab facilities are highly desirable.
