Job Details

• Position Description: Outpatient Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating assigned patients, developing and modifying treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician directives. Ensures the design of functional treatment programs to facilitate effective return to community activities.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR certification; active, applicable license for the state where work will be performed; 1+ year outpatient clinical experience; experience requirement: 0 years.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The role includes participating in student programs, creating individualized professional development plans, applying learned information to meet organizational objectives, adhering to state practice acts and regulatory requirements, and maintaining professional licensure.
