Outpatient Physical Therapist PT OP Currently in the specified location. This outpatient therapy role involves providing physical therapy services within an outpatient setting, focusing on enhancing patient mobility and recovery. The position is available for immediate start and is scheduled for a 13-week contract.
Job Details
- Position Description: Physical Therapist Outpatient Services.
- Certifications, Education, and Experience: Valid PT license and BLS certification. Must have at least 1 year of outpatient experience.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (subject to variation of up to one hour), with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The role requires current outpatient therapy experience. The EMR system utilized is Epic. The start date is September 21, 2026, with the end date scheduled for December 19, 2026.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates must be available to start immediately and meet all listed qualifications.
