Job Summary:
Mammographer (Specialty) position available at a healthcare facility in a day shift setting. This opportunity offers a flexible four-day, ten-hour work schedule, with a focus on breast imaging procedures. The role requires at least one year of experience and involves working with adult and geriatric patient populations, performing diagnostic mammograms, screening mammograms, and stereotactic biopsies using advanced imaging equipment. The assignment begins on October 5, 2026, and concludes on January 4, 2027.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: 1 year of experience, valid state license, ARRT Mammography (M*) and ARRT Radiology (R) certifications, BLS certification, at least 1 year of related work experience, and the ability to work at a facility in California.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with 3-D Mammography, digital mammography, biopsy procedures including stereotactic biopsy, and familiarity with community hospital environments.
• Additional Information:
  • Must be willing to work on Saturdays and commit to working three of the five designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day).
  • Candidates should not contact facility contacts directly unless for an approved interview.
  • Candidates must respond to screening questions regarding prior employment at a Providence facility.
  • Travel between nearby sister facilities may be required; refusal to float could impact employment.
  • All modules and certifications are non-billable and must be completed prior to start date.
