Job Summary

Respiratory Therapist Registered (RRT) located at the organizations pediatric and neonatal intensive care units, this position involves providing specialized respiratory care to critically ill pediatric and neonatal patients. The role requires working night shifts and supporting patient care needs during holidays and weekends, ensuring the delivery of high-quality respiratory therapies in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Job Details

  • Position: Respiratory Therapist Registered (RRT)
  • Location: Within the organizations pediatric and neonatal intensive care units, serving the Denver metro area
  • Assignment Dates: 10/06/2026 to 01/09/2027
  • Shift: 12-Hour Nights | 6:45 PM 7:15 AM
  • Schedule: 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Cardiopulmonary, prior travel assignment experience, Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), minimum 3 years Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (ICU) experience, minimum 3 years Neonatal ICU experience, minimum 1 year Pediatric Level 1 Trauma experience, certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
  • Additional Information:
    • Must work Thanksgiving Holiday (11/25, 11/26 & 11/27)
    • No requested time off approved within the first two weeks of the assignment
    • Holiday and weekend work required, including 13 weekend shifts out of 26
    • Flexibility to float within the organizations network of care (North or South) within thirty-five miles of the original assignment location
    • RTO blackout dates in effect during specified periods
