Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; Outpatient Orthopedic experience; location requirement: outpatient setting; 1 year experience required.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Responsible for completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing treatment plans based on clinical reasoning, and documenting medical records accurately and timely.
• Participates in student programs, providing supervision and development opportunities.
• Actively pursues professional growth through continuing education and involvement in professional organizations.
• Ensures care delivery aligns with signed, valid physician orders and insurance approval, maintaining occupational safety and adhering to legal and organizational standards.
• Maintains licensure in good standing and completes all mandated continuing education requirements.
• Follows organizational performance improvement initiatives, contributing to quality enhancement efforts.
• Completes all documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational policies.
