Job Summary
Occupational Therapist Outpatient in the specified location. This position involves evaluating patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, and delivering outpatient hand therapy services over a 12-week assignment starting on September 21, 2026. The role requires hands-on experience with outpatient therapy and the ability to work effectively within a team to promote patient recovery and community reintegration.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an Accredited School; hand experience and comfortable making splints; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Position Overview: Evaluates assigned patients, develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans based on individual needs and physician guidance. Responsible for delegation of therapy services, designing functional treatment programs, and educating patients, families, and colleagues. Ensures documentation is complete, accurate, and timely, including goal setting, treatment notes, and billing records. Participates in student training programs, maintains licensure and professional development, and adheres to regulatory standards and organizational policies. Follows safety policies and promotes a safety-focused environment throughout daily operations.
• Additional Information: Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety, ethical practice, and continuous professional growth. Applies clinical reasoning to facilitate patient's progress toward discharge within established hospitalization periods.
