Description
Job Summary:
Nuclear Medicine Technologist position available in a healthcare facility. This role involves performing nuclear medicine procedures utilizing specialized imaging equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring quality patient care. The assignment is scheduled to begin on October 5, 2026, and conclude on January 4, 2027, with a standard schedule of 8 hours per day and a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, certifications such as ARRT Nuclear Medicine (ARRT N), CNMT, NMTCB, or equivalent, valid state license (compact license must be in hand at submission), and experience with imaging procedures and radiation safety protocols.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with specific radiology systems and procedures including 3 Phase, Exercise/Rest-Multiple, Gastric Emptying, HIDA Scan, PET Scan, Siemens equipment, and the ability to start and maintain IVs.
- Travel Experience: Not required
- Additional Information: Candidates must be willing to work scheduled holidays and adhere to specific scheduling requests during the application process. All references covering at least one year within the last three years are required. The assignment may require floating between nearby facilities, and refusal to float may impact employment.
