Description
Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) located in the outpatient pediatrics rehabilitation center. This full-time role involves working weekdays on dayshift, with a schedule of five 8-hour days. The position requires providing pediatric rehab services, managing an existing caseload, and utilizing the electronic medical record system.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Dayshift, Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, totaling 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Ohio license and registry (cannot be in process), at least two years of current experience with pediatrics rehabilitation, BLS certification, and experience working with pediatric patients.
- Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
- Additional Information: The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours per 13-week contract. All Requested Time Off (RTO) requests must be disclosed at the time of submission and included in the confirmation page. The start date is 09/28/2026, with an end date of 12/28/2026. This role involves covering an existing caseload in a facility that operates using the EPIC electronic medical record system. Candidates with multiple days of RTO requests will be low priority candidates.
