Job Summary:
MRI Technologist position available in a healthcare facility. This role involves performing magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures, including trauma imaging, in a hospital setting. The technologist will work in a department equipped with Siemens MRI machines, providing essential imaging services for inpatient and outpatient care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Wednesday through Saturday and Sunday through Tuesday, with shifts varying between 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The position requires a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists), BLS (American Heart Association), and a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a hospital environment with Siemens MRI equipment.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Siemens MRI systems and working in inpatient and outpatient imaging services.
• Float: Float rotation may be required to cover inpatient and outpatient departments, including weekends and holidays.
• Additional Information: The department performs an average of 38 scans per day and operates with a lead during daytime hours. The role includes starting IVs, adherence to department-specific orientations, and clocking in/out at the facility. The clinician must have prior employment with the organization within the last 6 months if applicable, and the orientation period lasts up to one week.
