Description

Job Summary:
Xray Technologist position in Wichita, Kansas. This hospital-based role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures, primarily X-ray examinations, within a busy radiology department. The selected candidate will work during night shifts on a scheduled assignment from October 19, 2026, to January 18, 2027, supporting a team dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and efficient imaging services.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification and ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) registry. At least 6 months current experience as an X-ray technologist. Candidates without these certifications and experience will not be considered.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working in a large trauma facility; familiarity with vascular and obstetric procedures is advantageous.
  • Additional Information: The department uses GE radiology equipment and Meditech Electronic Medical Records.
